Handsome Furs at Lee’s Palace in Toronto.

The band is comprised of Dan Boechner, formerly of Wolf Parade and Atlas Strategic, and Alexei Perry. The couple appear to be very much in love, and at least very drunk in one half of the couple’s case, in these photos from a recent Toronto recent show.

Photographer Adrian Smith writes, “This show was freekin’ amazing but [Alexei Perry] was clearly high as a kite. Whoever said rock n’ roll was dead?!? 😉 Definitely one for the books.”

The group released its second album, Face Control, this year. Plague Park, its debut, appeared in 2007.
