The Media Club hosted Vancouver’s Most Wanted, the launch of a new modeling agency in Vancouver. Billed as an “alternative” modeling agency, Morrismore Models features the kind of look – tattoos, piercings, blue up-dos – one might find at Suicide Girls. Or the Cambie (a Vancouver watering-hole/dive). MM also is home to a variety of shapes, sizes and ethnicities.
In keeping with the “alternative” vibe of the night, local hard-rock bands Kill Matilda and Ready Set Die provided aggro music to go with the corseted alt-lovelies, who gathered on a red carpet in front of the stage between bands. Aaron Morris, captain of the ship, MC’d the event, which seemed close to capacity by 11 p.m.
But enough with the words, here’s a look at the latest crop in Vancouver models…
