AMC airs the ’60s Batman movie
AMC airs the 1966 Batman movie, based on the TV series, this Thursday night (Sept 6; check local listings).
We couldn’t help posting a small tribute to this camp classic, including a few images, a trailer, and a link to this interesting “Alcott’s Analysis” (“WHO IS BRUCE WAYNE? Bruce Wayne is tall, handsome, wealthy and dumb as a post.”) from The Comics Beat website.
Oh, and here’s another link. Many might not be aware that actor Burt Ward (Robin) wrote a tell-all memoir, Boy Wonder: My Life in Tights. Not worth reading, apparently, as most of the book is spent bragging about the size of his organ, if the reviews are to be believed.
