Reveal Me, Red Herring Burlesque‘s monthly social burlesque show, takes place the first Wednesday at the Rivoli in Toronto.
According to photog Jess Desaulniers-Lea, the Jan 7 show featured guest New York burlesque dancer Dangrrr Doll, who was named #34 in 21st Century Burlesque Magazine‘s Top 50 Burlesque Industry Figures of 2014.
The show was hosted by Toronto’s top drag queen (named by NOW Magazine) Daytona Bitch and produced by Red Herring, who’s also a teacher at the Toronto School of Burlesque. “The show featured everything from classic burlesque with Agatha Frisky to avant-garde with Dangrrr Doll and boylesque with Wrong Note Rusty who was also featured in the Vancouver Burlesque Festival in 2013,” Jess tells us.
Newcomers to the Reveal Me stage were LeTabby Lexington, Shirley Temptress, Zora Astria and Jasmine Court.
