Phoebe Bridgers at the Imperial Vancouver, Sunday night. The L.A.-based singer/songwriter opened for Seattle singer/songwriter Noah Gundersen.

The 23-year-old Bridgers is on tour for her full-length debut, Stranger in the Alps. The album includes “Motion Sickness”. Pitchfork.com described the track as “one of the year’s most exquisite breakup anthems.”

Other songs include a cover of Mark Kozelek‘s 2013 song “You Missed My Heart”.

She first came to the attention of public and peers with the song “Killer“. The song inspired praise from Ryan Adams, Conor Oberst, and Julien Baker. In fact, Oberst appears on the album, on the song “Would You Rather”.
