Now based in San Francisco, Anderson was raised in South Dakota. Previously, she was a member of the drone-folk trio Gowns, who disbanded in 2010. For her solo efforts, she plays multiple instruments and records at home. Here, she’s on tour for her debut, Past Life Martyred Saints.
